On Sunday 22nd September 2019, a team of six CamAlarms employees competed in one of Cambridgeshire’s largest annual charity events – the Chariots of Fire Race.

The event was held to raise money for Addenbrookes Charitable Trust (ACT) to help procure a new Intensive Care Unit ambulance service on the road. This will help to keep children alive during transfers ensuring that they survive long enough to get to Addenbrooke’s.

Already raised over £500

Around 350 teams entered the race with ACT setting a target of all teams raising a minimum of £300 to fund the new ambulance service. To date we have managed to raise over £500.

A huge well done to (from left to right on group photo) Jon Lee, Hannah Clarke, Mark Woolnough, Chris Mantell, Chris Malins and Aaron Pettitt.
