A recent project for the CamAlarms team was the supply and installation of fire alarm and associated systems as part of the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the 93,900 sq. ft building to provide high-quality office space, atriums, and fully fitted laboratory accommodation, split across two floors. The research space is designed with multiple tenants in mind and has a flexible floorplate to allow for various zoning configurations.
CamAlarms supplied, installed and commissioned fully networked fire alarm systems, fully networked refuge and assisted toilet alarm systems, CCTV system, video intercom, and access control system. The scheme achieved ‘Gold’ Wired Score.
